CYMEYAH is a UK cosmetic company specialising in clean skincare and hair care. All of our products are produced in small batches here in the UK to ensure our products are as fresh as possible.

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt.
(Monday- Friday) . Orders received outside of these times will be processed
the next business day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

An order may be cancelled if it has not been processed and prepared for shipping. To cancel your order, please contact customerservices@cymeyah.com for immediate assistance.

Unfortunately, due to the handcrafted artisanal nature of our line, returns or exchanges cannot be offered at this time because of general dissatisfaction.

We would like to make your purchase as smooth as possible. Therefore, we are happy to answer any questions you may have about the collection and products prior to your purchase. Additionally, we can include samples of most of our products with your purchase. All you need to do is include these requests in the notes section at checkout.

We happily offer complimentary FREE delivery to the UK Mainland on orders £50 or more (Monday to Saturday).

The vast majority of our deliveries within the UK are provided by Royal Mail and DPD to ensure the highest convenience to you. If you provide us with your mobile telephone number we will send you a text letting you know when to expect your delivery, ensuring that you do not need to wait home all day.

We cannot at this time offer free shipping to our international customers.

If you spend over £50, shipping is always free for UK Mainland. For any other purchases, shipping will be calculated at checkout.

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by Royal Mail.

If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

CYMEYAH will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

If you didn't receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible.

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Please allow up to 21 days for the investigation.
